got the house ready to sell and sold it (lots of work, bathroom, yard, garage, etc...). We put it up on a Thu, someone saw the house on Fri, brought their spouse back on Sat and made an offer on Sun. We then had to get through the inspection, maintenance and appraisal. We heard today that the appraisal came in so we should be closing in 2-3 weeks. Last Sun we found our next place. We've got a huge (major downsizing) garage sale that we're going to have next Fri and Sat morning. Then we'll be moving the next weekend. It's been a productive summer that's not quite done.
