There's zero scoring on any of any of the bores, they're all smooth and seem to measure within tolerance using my basic telescopic gauge and vernier. However there's a very slight ridge at the top of the cylinders which I think means the bores may be slightly oval ? Rather than liners I'd prefer to just have the bores honed and lapped but I read horror stories about incorrectly finished Alusil bores and the coating falling off aftermarket pistons, even with proper clearance.
