My first summer project is almost finished. It was fixing a royal screw up. When my grader was grading my property, he graded a small road on the south end. He spotted a nice place to make a storage pad & went ahead with it. Afterwards I built a 16X16 ft. storage shed on it. Fast forward years later, and the land to the south sells & the new owner plans to build. The County tells him he can't get a permit because there is already a structure on the property. Yep, I built my shed over the line. So I disassembled the roof, cut the wall panels into 2, 10&12 ft. sections & 2, 4&6 ft. sections, & disassembled the floor & base. I just finished erecting two storage sheds (10X12 ft. & 6X8 ft.) on my well pad out of the pieces, wall sections, floor, etc. from the old shed. Thank goodness that's over with!
