Im an active member in the porsche forums, but am looking for another car. Was looking at getting into an audi, or a VW. Mainly looking at A4, maybe A6 or GTI/ Jetta, The compacts. Not looking to spend over 1500, but for the right car comes the right price. Can do work on the 944 series, so I believe i can learn quick about Audi/ VW mechanics. saw this ad

Whats your guys thoughts? Locked in N/1st gear? Wouldn't it be one or the other?
Fairly new Cam tower gasket, brakes n rotors, plugs/ wires, clutch and pressure plate. Is the throw out bearing inside on of them? 944 it is a separatepeice, P. plate, clutch disk, and T.O. bearing (3 piece clutch).
What are some of the fixes for the stuck gear? Don't know much about the A4. Any help would be awesome.
