Not too many painter or contractors know this co's product but it is one heck of a product. Using it can save a lot of money when total replacement isn't necessary o possible. The forest service uses this stuff for their repairs.

Yep, I found that Abatron product at my local, non-brand name paint store. We have a nearly one hundred year old house with original wood sash windows and French doors. Dry rot had hit a few spots where the window putty had cracked, and this stuff was perfect for the repair of wooden windows that cannot be replaced economically. I highly recommend it.
