I'm a Michigan native. Speeds were always higher in MI. The auto industry kept limits higher, and fines lower. Today, it seems like enforcement budgets are stretched. People drive 85-90 like its nothing.
They're sure not stretched in Franklin County. Holy heck do we have the fuzz.
