Tons of dust and debris kicked up from the shoulder, he might have even gotten off the edge and hit the dirt. I kid you not, I would say his speed was roughly 135mph. He left us like were were standing still.

WTF is wrong with people? I like to drive fast, but not passing other cars with families inside on a freaking public highway!
