I am in the market for a new bed. I will be buying a Queen-Sized bed (I can't fit a King in my place), but I am thinking about having a look at a timber-slat based Futon.

I don't know what they're like to sleep on. Do they rattle, or are they rock-hard? I sometimes get a bad back and a co-worker told me that they're "da bomb" as far as comfort goes.

If anyone can help, please share your experiences.
