8am is acceptable IMO even if its Saturday. The sanding isn't every weekend, so he's just got his bunched up too tight. As neighbors, they should lighten up and move on with life. No one died today, its just an electric sander
. Many of you know, I am involve in residential construction. I knock on the neighbor's doors and leave a my card and inform with them so we can all to keep peace. I still get crap, notes, dirty looks, you name it. I just kill them with kindness but really like to burn their fooking house down. The classic one was an older guy spat on my window because we parked our cars on his side of the street because it was street cleaning day.
