Shane, Do the gluing in 2 stages. Contact cement your material of choice to the front of the door card, then carefully trim off excess
after it dries and be sure to leave a little extra material. Flip the door card over and do a dry run without glue to get a feel for the material before gluing down the excess. Looks like someone previously cut out the middle of where the stock speaker was to make room for a component tweeter. Same thing happened to my door but I will be installing a component tweeter there. While you have the fiberglass/resin handy, you might want to reinforce that area on the back so if someone does lean into it they will make that hole even bigger.02 T
