I sell this stuff. It sucks, as you generally are settling on a solution that is leaks offensive / somewhat acceptable for the $$.

I don't understand the Medicare piece. We don't do this in Oregon. Perhaps it is mandated in your State?

Also, check out MEWA's. These are groups of similar businesses banded together for mutually reducing rates. You obtain large group rates for small groups. They can also by pass some of the ACA mandates for a while - keeping costs where they were - at least temporarily.
