Thanks for all the comments. As you can imagine, finding the right talent in our area for what we do is challenging, and we find ourselves providing the benefits to both retain the talent we have as well as to make it enticing for future employees who might not give us a second glance, preferring to go with one of the more established local firms.
Larry, will certainly look into MEWA's. This might be a good solution for us.
