Varies by shop- we had one nearby that used to just do great work- when you pay them to. It was Burien Maaco, FYI. Dunno if they still do quality work, but they used to get a lot of cars.
If you think about it, if all you do all day, every day is handle a paint gun, you'll get pretty good after awhile.
