Aren't runways supposed to be concrete, something like six feet thick, pre-stressed?
This is barely adequate for a bicycle path...
After a second look, I'm wondering if maybe the airplane was towed to the big brick patio, for pictures or display, then someone in charge decided to 'start 'er up'.
And hilarity ensued.
