And ask her if she ever took the ibuprofen right before bed without drinking much water? That caused me to have a small discomfort once, but my doc said it ould have been much worse. Basically the pill doesn't get washed in with enough water to dissolve, and it lays against the lining of the stomach and starts the ulcer.
