fiddled with the stereo some more. still not happy with the disparity between the front mids and the front woofers and tweeters. they currently share an amp and eq channel, and the mids are up in the OEM tweeter locations, which makes the sound change too much sitting versus top up driving versus top down driving.
i think i need to add another amp so i can put them on their own 1/3 octave EQs. fortunately the 3sixty3 has that capability, and also fortunately the wiring won't be too tough.
then it will be time to look into porting the subs. they get a bit waffly at 100hz, due to the shallow nature of the box. right volume, but wrong shape. a port might tighten that up a bit.
