Hmmm... I made my own setup, based on my 3.5l N/A engine, couple of months ago. I bought Chip and fuel pressure regulator from Protomotive (thanks Todd!). Turbo is rebuilted Garret T04B.
..and the result:
~24h welding and fitting...
~2500$!
336FWHP (chassis dyno 296RWHP) 0.4 bar of boost
Cheap? Yes!... Easy?...maybe, if you like welding
