Hi Kurt,
nice work! My HP2S cooler was "bolt-on" (using larger shims) and I did not have to displace the same ... You should accumulate at least 500 miles before getting to rexxer (as dyno runs with new pistons/conrods are not ideal).
I suppose you will be beyond 140 HP and thus the oil pump mod is recommended. Not because the oil temp needs to be lowered but because of increased oil pressure and increased flow-volume.
