I realize of course you are just pointing out the fact these things & anything else mechanical will at some point, suffer some type of failure. Is that the Qantas A380 engine that grenaded?

I work up the street from a jet engine turbine plant. Their building is huge. They had a blade let loose in testing, punched a hole through the building and took out a car in the parking lot several hundred feet away. They now have a concrete bunker in their building for testing.
