Nice...It's got dark woodwork like my house. The wood floors even look about the same color as what I put in.

Don't see any evidence of termites. But then again, I ain't no expert and rarely stay at a Holiday Inn Express.
Toilets and septic working is a big plus in my books.

First thing I did was add a little color to the white walls. Still haven't decided what to do about the fireplace, PO painted it white. Would like to replace the interior painted brick with stone. Would match the exposed beams in the ceiling better.
