I've had brake hoses do that before. Once the pressure is bled away, the collapsed section gets back into shape and will pass fluid freely for a while. I figured it might be associated with some heat loaded fluid affecting the collapsed section when the brakes warm up.
New hoses will fix that. Go ahead and replace the one at the center of the rear axle while you're at it.
