LMAO!
Ok - let me explain again. Don't take a F'ing garden hose and stick it into the carb./throttle body and turn it on several turns!
Imagine (if you can) a Windex bottle containing water - and you, operating the throttle with one hand and the spray plunger with the other.
Bring RPM's up, give the plunger a push, a spritz of water enters the intake, the engine RPM's will drop. Manipulate the throttle until the engine clears (RPM's increase again) then - give it another 'spritz'. Do this maybe half a dozen times. It takes less that two minutes. You are putting, at the most, a few ounces of water in total into the HOT RUNNING engine. Do it a couple of times a year.
Simple - efficient.
Or just PAY for some magic Mystery Oil.
