B is Probably the type of scew, flat or rounded or pan head, but not completely sure.
Pretty sure m means metric. For some reason commas were used instead of periods.
8͵5 is eight and a half.
Had to figure this out also when trying to sort out the random and mostly incorrect screw placement on the dash of the supposed near perfect 6-speed 968 I bought.
