I'm not sure that the exterior motif has anything to do with cars, looks like it would make a nice aquarium though.

That is not a
Art Deco influenced theme, it's not even the more free flowing
Art Nouveau influence theme.
It looks like water or zebra stripes to me.
No lines like that on any car, ever.
What a sham.
Still, it looks cool................intellectually void though.
