Not for me- I had a very slow leak, knew about it when I got the car. It was really a couple drops daily, but was making my car smoke under the hood for the first few minutes after starting, and I was getting nervous about having a fire. To identify the culprit, I cheated and had a mechanic look at it. Your problem, while it might be from the same cause, looks quite severe. Sorry to see that photo, I guess the Gods aren't smiling on us today.
