Vandalism sucks...are you sure that it was the ex employee?
I had a psycho ex girlfriend who smashed a pumpkin over the hood of my new Acura, back in 94. I know it was her because I heard her voice and her girlfriends laughing outside that night, but she never knocked on my door so I went back to bed. It was autumn, around Halloween.... it was actually funny seeing that orange pumpkin strewn all over my new white car. Insurance took care of the new hood.
