Have a 2002 996 with 64000 miles. I slid out on a corner and hit a curb at 20 mph. Both wheels hit the curb. Since then I have noticed a lose / more sensetive steering, little sway at 80 mph, steering wheel out of line, not at top, ( before this just had new tires and alignment).
I noticed that the passenger rear OEM wheel has a 1 inch crack where the spoke/rim connect , only visible physical damage.
The dealer wants $450 just to look at it. Have any of you 911 owners done this or have any ideas on this issue or what it could possibly be?????
Thanks any thoughts would help to move forward and get this fixed.
