I built a 6 foot long scale model of the Titanic once for a local high school play. It looked very much like the top model except that the hull was cut flat just below the red waterline so that it could be pulled slowly across a stage while the set was being changed. As a fairly accomplished model builder, I would be willing to pay more for the top model as it appears to be a more accurate copy. There is a ship museum in Savannah, Ga. that might be interested in one or both. Good luck on getting them sold!
