The side benefits include much easier access for valve adjustments and better engine cooling. Yeah, it can get toasty in the Summer when you are sitting at a stoplight but that's the tradeoff. Deletion isn't a good choice for a daily driver you live in a hot climate area and your wife or S.O. probably won't approve. It all depends on how you use your Porsche. If you need effective A/C, call Griffiths ($$$$) or get a 964 or 993. Those cars have much better HVAC systems that were not an afterthought as on the pre-1990 911's.
