The continued defense of fraudulent business practices tells me everything I need to know.
Refusing to acknowledge the harm done to buyers through the increased prices generated by shill bidding is deliberately obtuse. If you think it's fine to enter false bids under assumed identities in order to obtain a higher price for a car then we have nothing further to discuss, as I prefer to avoid people with a clear lack of personal ethics.
I am puzzled by Techweenie's defense of fraudulent shill bidding in a public forum, since I know he does sell Porsches on eBay. Advertising your lack of regard for eBay rules and US wire fraud laws can't exactly be good for business.
