Old corny joke.
The old fisherman gets pulled over by a sheriffs deputy.
"Sir, the tabs on your truck are expired", said the deputy.
"What? I swear I just got new stickers", said the fisherman.
"Well you're welcome to come look for yourself."
The old fisherman gets out of the truck, walks to the back of the truck and takes a long look at the bumper. Then, much to the deputies surprise, the fisherman starts to cry.
"Sir, no need to get upset, I was just going to give you warning" said the deputy.
"Thats very nice," said the fisherman, "But wheres my boat?!"
