As others have said, start with a police report. You may or may not be able to nail her for it criminally speaking, but w/o getting the police involved right away you do not have a chance. The cops see this *****e all the time, you'd be surprised how often the stupid wench will just break down and admit to it. Just for the oportunity to tell her side of the story one more time.
You definitely want to press charges if possible, and cap it off w/ a civil lawsuit, which is an option even if criminal charges are not filed by the D.A. Win or lose, this is how you punish someone the legal way, and believe me it will hurt. To hell w/ her B.F., that is all the more reason to keep things in the legal arena and documented.
