Jeff. Thanks for the offer. I'll hit you up if I need someone to come look after I look it over better. Going to let this humidity die a bit before I go outside though!
And I definitely will need someone to come out if tiles have to come off. I've never messed with a tile roof. I'll leave it to professionals!
