I agree with blpetry, I buy my parts here from Pelican. I don't go shopping around the internet to see if I can save a few bucks. If I get free shipping on some or none of my order, I'm OK with that. This forum community provides so much value, that I am not concerned with trivial costs associated with shipping. We need to understand that Pelican is a business and needs to be profitable. So even if shipping costs are reduced, or calculated to be at break-even, they shouldn't be at a loss.
Shipping costs should not be a profit center, but should not be a loss either.
