Not a driver, but crewed RF-4Cs and F-4Es in the Air Froce once upon a time.
Seat up and down. The rudder pedals adjust fore and aft. The ol' MartinBaker did a good job but it wasn't designed for ergonomics.
See through the HUD? Few Phantoms had a true HUD iirc, and nothing like the viper HUD.
