NO I do not think so, it would still be under duress by seven submittees , A EPA board, Impact review, geo location itinerary, a 3 wing fly imposing reclamation agenda ,
Then in secret who gets the contract ( inside trading )
Another words it would still be just chicken scratching on a napkin if Govt had anything to do with it.
UNLESS of course , they had to have signs made up WAY before hand for the Govt shut dwn and closing of the FED parks!
