God bless handicapped kids and their families
The other day my little girl was playing with a girl who had Down's Syndrome and it reminded me that there are families out there who are challenged every day even more so than those of us with 'normal' kids.
The little girl's parents were just beaming with love and joy for their little one who was getting lots of attention and play time with my daughter.
I just feel so humbled by both my little girl and the parents of that beautiful child.
God bless all of you Pelican's who were chosen to meet the challenges of handicapped or sick children.
