I'm sure lots of lawyers had input on how they do interviews so I don't blame the interviewers sine they are just following direction. I just don't see how this gives good candidates, or at the very least shows if they are a good fit.
I had the same type of interview for the job I currently have so who knows, maybe I'm better at it than I think
