My employer is male dominated, and we have "structured interviews". It always seems that any decent looking woman is immediately flirted with and walks out with a satisfactory interview. If she is smoking hot, she is usually tossed a lot of softballs and never given a curve. I don't think that there is any way to give a fair and equitable interview, whether on paper or in person. Everybody is wired to react certain ways to numerous scenarios. Guys and girls are really no different, both are susceptible to certain charms.
