Wow, I actually just started at a Fortune 100 last month, but the interview process wasn't quite as intense. I did interview with 8 different people; two phone interviews, then onsite interviews on two different days three weeks apart because we had to wait for an opening where the CIO and CTO were available at the same location at the same time. The phone interviews were very structured, but the in person were more free-form in group settings.
