Neither hull is in the water - just hydroplaning on a lifting keel left side. If you look at right side keel you see it curves under the boat, giving it the lifting surface.
Sharp turn on the helm pivots round the narrow keel = highly maneuverable but very unstable for sustained straight direction. Bit like a modern jet fighter.
