I have watched most of the latest videos, but don't recommend it to anyone.
The discussion over at Reddit on the subject is interesting in that the detailed, almost forensic level of analysis of these latest videos suggest that the beginning of each execution is faked with a blunt knife, then the victim is shown decapitated after having been shot. There is a clear edit at this point in each video. This, along with your description, support the reasoning for their calm demeanor.
That stated, I wish the good guys would stop messing around. Everyone in ISIS held territory should think that thing in Cloverfield just landed.
