At first, I was gonna say that this is your big clue... in a joking way, however. And there are guys here who have regaled us with stories about how their wives drive like maniacs and can never seem to steer around a pothole or anything else in the road because of their speed and/or obliviousness.
But then I looked at it a little closer, and
the way the left end of that hole curls upward slightly and has such clean edges makes me think it was cut... with a knife or something similar.
