Looking at an 87 targa
I have a line on an 87 targa black black 37k mile two owner car. Needs some TLC has been sitting for a few years but still has garage queen potential.
I have not ventured into the torsion bar world in years. Opinions on value of a targa vs coupe? I never owned a targa and have always been a coupe or nothing owner until recently. I was considering offering low $20's I think the owner is looking for more like $25k.
I have no other info to offer right now.
