IMO, the ask number should be $37k, and take no less than $33k.

The mods are tasteful, and mostly invisible. There is really no difference between a 130k-mile car and a 90k-mile car. The first hit comes at 150k, and the next one at 200k.

If you want an extra couple of grand, get that headliner fixed. Stuff like that can chase folks off, because if the car is in otherwise stellar shape, then the headliner is the "sore thumb". Let's look at it in two ways:

1.) You want to get it ready for sale. You clean the whole thing within an inch of it's life. When the buyer sees it, the only thing they see as a negative is the headliner. Already the negotiation wheels are turning. If you get the headliner fixed, the room for negotiation is limited.

2.) You're going to keep it. The car is in otherwise stellar shape, but that damn headliner is p|ss|ng you off. So you get it fixed so you don't have to look at it any more.

My personal advice to you is to keep the car. If you really need that $33k, sell. But if you don't really need the cash, start driving the car. It was built for driving, not sitting in your garage. You do enjoy driving it, right? Don't deprive yourself of that simple pleasure.
