We are trapped with T-Mobile until our daughter graduates college (too much trouble and money to move her T-Mobile iPhone).
Don't know what happened to T-Mobile, I have been with them for 8 or 10 years and they were the best back then. Not even an automated menu just call and talk to a real person... and they could do things! A couple taps on their computer while they were on the phone with you and they could change you plan, they would actually go out of their way and recommend ways for you to save money... today? Not so much.
As soon as daughter gets her own phone and plan we are dumping T-Mobile and moving to a prepaid plan (boost), technically T-Mobile is now a no-contract provider.
