What a fantastic event with plenty of extremely rapid, highly modified, innovative cars, driven by some lads with big kahoonas!
I spent most of the afternoon with Patrick & Sean in their garage. Thanks for spending so much time with me and sharing so much info.
I understand the team did a PB today in the low 1:31mins which placed them second in their class behind a very highly developed R32. Paul told me that he is aiming to be in the 1:30's tomorrow and I reckon he will do it
I was also really impressed with how accessable all the pits and garages were. All the drivers, team owners and mechanics I met today were really open to discussion and access to see their cars.
If you get chance I highly recommend spending a few hours out there. Make sure you drop in and see Patrick and his team with the only Porsche in the event!
