IMO Brown is the perfect color match for the white gold paint. Good find.
I assume the ppi went well
and everything's in working order, for the 30k+ estimate.
Updating an average interior to an immaculate one can easily cost thousands. Same with the 'minor' defects, if any, and usual AC issues etc.
