Yes, a '91. Good eye/memory.
I agree with all that you've said.
Only mods were a slightly fattened chip and a pair of Carbon Tech cans from a local family-owned company in town (Menlo Park, CA.) Sold them/chip separately.
Was paid $2,100 more than I paid - and I paid full price.
Big regret.  But what's new?
