4k 28" for $450 is pretty respectable, and you can't beat a 1ms lag time! I'll bet text is awful hard to read on a 28" though......?

I returned the Vizio, and picked up a Panasonic 58" AX800 a few days ago, after fighting with it to get it to do 4K@60hz for a month...
I should update the original post. The Panasonic did 4K/60hz right out of the box, no questions asked, and full 4:4:4 color chroma.
The Panny also had a Display Port input... the only TVs that do.

It was a bit more pricey that I was originally hoping for. Even with a USPS 10% off Best Buy Mover's coupon, it still came just below $2k. But, they throw in a free soundbar/subwoofer combo.
Major disappointment in the Viz's refresh rates and chroma support. I was really wanting to complete a 3 monitor setup with those, they're that affordable.
